This is a free and easy service that you can have done at your local O.P.P. Station.
To start this process, we will provide you with a letter to present to the O.P.P. requesting the specific searches be done on our behalf. Turn around time is about 3 weeks. Volunteers are able to start serving once they can show the receipt from the O.P.P. that you have submitted your request for a check.

By this point, we’ve had time to review your application and your background check is in the process of completion. The final step is to get to know you and your heart to serve in kid’s ministry. This typically takes place at a time that works for both of us or over the phone. This will also be the time when we share a brief orientation of Harvest Kids, place you on the schedule and most importantly YOU can ask questions!
