Missions

When most people think of Muskoka they think of great vacations by the beach, quiet times at the cottage, canoe trips in Algonquin park, and enjoying a day of shopping in the quaint shops that line the streets of the little towns. And yet underneath the beauty and the tourism in Muskoka is a largely hidden need of those who are living in poverty and in great need of care and love.

Harvest seeks new initiatives where our people can reach out with the love of Christ by supporting those within our body who are struggling and looking outward to those in our neighbourhoods who need care. We come together once a week from all over Muskoka to worship and be encouraged and challenged from the Word but we then move out from within the four walls of a church building to be the hands and feet of Christ in our communities.
